Welcome to Brighton and Hove Pétanque Club (BHPC)
We are based at the Peace Statue terrain, on Brighton seafront.
We meet on Saturday and Sunday afternoons all through the year, and on Wednesday evenings during the summer.

Hi all.
Does anybody ever meet on Wednesday evenings for play? Is there anyway of knowing when individuals are intending to turn up?
Hi Phil,
I presume it was you this evening? We do have a regular Wed eve session during the Summer months.
All club members are very welcome to attend but the emphasis is (supposed!) to be on League matches and coaching and practise for the more established teams.
When the weather’s good, we usually get some excellent games and it’s a really enjoyable and worthwhile evening.
The club does have a Twitter feed which is a good way of letting everybody know – however, it does seem to have fallen into disuse, which seems a shame. Club members do receive an email and phone list, so members can contact each other.
Word of mouth is usually the best way
